Greetings, I’m Neil . I’m a Learning and Development Digital Lead living in West Midlands. I am working for the UK Subsidiary Sunbelt Rentals Ltd of the FTSE 100 company Ashtead Group. I have been working in L&D for the passed 6 years where I have grown my knowledge and understand of delivery throughout this time. I the past 18 months I have started to work more on the digital offering we have working with creation software such as the Articulate suite of programmes as well as video creation software as such Vyond and Camtasia.
